Proposed Order Submission:

Foreclosure judgment packets should be submitted in hard copy 10 days prior to the hearing. All Motions to Withdraw as Counsel and all Motions to Withdraw Capias will require the provision of a proposed order prior to the hearing date.

All proposed orders must be submitted via email in Microsoft Word .docx format and must include the complete 20-digit Uniform Case Number (UCN), (i.e. 53-2021CA-001234-0000-00). Any order that does not include the 20-digit UCN will be returned for correction. Please include with your proposed order a copy of your motion and cover letter, copying all counsel of record. If opposing counsel has reviewed and approved the proposed order, please advise in your letter.
